Family and Trust Transfers Outnumber Open-Market Sales in Kingston Deeds
Kingston recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $500 to $950 with a median of $733. The top disclosed sale was 15 Village Path at $950, sold by Jared D. and Brndi N. Waitkus to Lynsay and Robert Lombardi. Seven of the 11 transfers, none with a disclosed price, moved property among family members, trusts or estates, including two separate transfers on Smiths Lane. With most transactions lacking price data, the recorded volume alone points to moderate filing activity, but the underlying market tone cannot be determined from this dataset.
