Kingston posts $1.02 million top sale as three family trust transfers round out August deed activity

Kingston recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, including seven sales with reported prices and three nominal-consideration transfers tied to family trusts. Priced sales ranged from $500,000 to $1,019,000, with a median of $800,000. The period's top transaction was 23 Chilton Ave. at $1,019,000, sold to buyers who, the same day, also sold their own 61 Nobadeer Circle property for $800,000. Six of the seven priced sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with one sale above that mark. No geographic clustering emerged, as no street had more than one priced sale.
