Kingston Deed Prices Cluster Under $1,000 as Trust Transfers Mark August
Kingston recorded ten property deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Six disclosed a sale price, ranging from $500 to $999, with a median of $693; the other four, including three trust transfers within the same family, did not disclose a price. The month's highest recorded transaction was a $999 sale on Aug. 7 involving Briarwood Construction Corp. and buyers Timothy Bent Jr. and Megan Bent, at an address not specified in the deed. No street recorded more than one sale, and all disclosed prices fell in a narrow, sub-$1,000 range, a level typically tied to nominal rather than market-value consideration.
