Kingston Property Transfers Total 12 As Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Kingston recorded 12 property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only four deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $501 to $775 with a median of $666. The period's top disclosed sale was 64 Wapping Road at $775, sold by David M. and Nancy J. Cole to Jeffrey and Kathryn Nagle. Station Street, Indian Pond Road and the Atwood Avenue/Street area each saw two transfers, including a same-day family transaction on Atwood Street and Avenue. Several deeds involved trusts or estates rather than open-market sales. With eight of 12 transfers lacking a disclosed price, the available data offers only a partial view of Kingston's market this period.
