Kingston records 10 deed transfers in July, most with sale prices undisclosed
Kingston recorded 10 property transfers between July 3 and August 1, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $300 for 59 Howlands Lane, $548 for 11 Center Street, and $911 for 2 Morgans Way, the period's top sale. The median disclosed price was $548. Seven of the 10 transfers appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, based on matching grantor and grantee names, and none of those seven disclosed a price. With most of the period's activity reflecting family or trust transfers rather than disclosed arm's-length sales, the data offers limited insight into broader market pricing trends this month.
