Kingston records 10 property transfers in August, most sale prices undisclosed
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds records show 10 Kingston property transfers recorded between July 31 and August 29. Five carried a disclosed sale price, ranging from $770 to $999, with a median of $800; the other five listed no consideration amount. The period's top disclosed sale was a Kingston property sold by Briarwood Construction Corp. to Timothy and Megan Bent for $999. Three transactions appear to involve transfers among related parties based on shared surnames or trust structures, none of which disclosed a price. No street had more than one recorded sale this period.
