Kingston sees nine deed transfers in four weeks, but most prices go unreported

Kingston recorded nine property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $482, $487 and $660, a median of $487. The top disclosed sale was 33 Indian Pond Rd. at $660, from Karen Baynes to Christopher MacFarlane and Haley Yoke. Pembroke Street saw three separate transfers in the period, none with a disclosed price. Four other transfers moved property into family trusts, and two involved existing realty trusts as sellers. With two-thirds of deeds omitting a sale price, the available data does not support characterizing the period's market tone beyond the raw transaction count.
