Nine Kingston deeds recorded in July, most without disclosed sale price
Nine property deeds were recorded in Kingston between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only three disclosed a sale price: $548, $626 and $660, for a median of $626. The top disclosed sale was 33 Indian Pond Rd at $660, sold by Karen Baynes to Christopher Macfarlane and Haley Yoke. Six of the nine transfers, several involving family members moving property into trusts and one an LLC-to-LLC transfer on Country Club Way, carried no disclosed price. With two-thirds of transactions lacking pricing data, the recorded deeds show steady transfer volume but offer limited basis for characterizing overall price trends this period.
