Kingston ZBA Approves Green Farms 40B With Density Cut, Copper Beach Access Eliminated
Kingston's Zoning Board of Appeals approved the Green Farms 40B residential project with conditions Monday, cutting the proposed 144-unit development by roughly 25 percent to approximately 108 units and eliminating a secondary access through the Copper Beach Drive neighborhood.
